HighPointe on Michigan

In remembrance of the tragedy on May 14, 2022, HighPointe on Michigan partnered with The Clementine Gold Group for a day of service. We welcomed just over 30 community volunteers from United Way and M&T Bank. The volunteers spent the morning with our residents to help them make a beautiful flower arrangement. ❤

In preparation for Mother’s Day, our residents enjoyed an afternoon of pampering during a special spa day supported by the The Buffalo Urban League. 💐✨💅

🌮🎉 Our residents had a great time celebrating Cinco de Mayo at HighPointe on Michigan!

From festive treats to lots of laughs and fun together, it was a wonderful day full of celebration and smiles. 🎊✨

Spring has sprung at HighPointe on Michigan 🌷 and our residents are loving every minute of it.

To celebrate the season, they hosted a tea party ☕️✨

Congratulations to our newest class of certified nursing assistant (CNA) graduates! 🎉🎓

With the Nurse Aide Training Program behind them, they’re ready to begin making a meaningful difference in the lives of those they care for each day. This outstanding group will be stepping into new roles at DeGraff Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility and HighPointe on Michigan.

We’re so proud of your dedication and hard work, and we can’t wait to see all you accomplish in this next chapter. 💙
