Ed has earned multiple music awards and nominations for his individual and band work, including Buffalo Nightlife Magazine’s Top Male Vocalist (2019). With NERDS GONE WILD, he earned Best Show Band in the Buffalo Night-Life Music Awards (2017, 2018, 2019). He is a multiple winner of the Western New York People's Choice Music Awards, including Male Vocalist, Bassist, and Best Original Rock Band (as Kick Williams) in 2004, and. In 2013, he received an All WNY Peoples Choice Award for Best Solo/Acoustic Artist. Ed was a finalist for Best Male Vocalist in the 2016 Artvoice Best of Buffalo awards, and was a 2005 Buffalo Music Award finalist for Best New Artist (as Kick Williams).
