Yep, it’s January 18 and I’m just posting this … sorry everyone! But Happy New Year! January has been a crazy month but we have some exciting things over the next few weeks! I will be at the at .riverworks bridal show! I will have a show special, which will be rolled out shortly. I can’t wait to meet all of the brides attending the show! And then, we’re starting to get ready for a few weddings in 2023! This is so exciting! I can’t wait for these next few months — it’s going to be a blast. Make sure you follow along for the ride!

Sweetheart table or head table? We opted for a sweetheart table for a few reasons. 1. We had 9 bridesmaids and groomsmen. We loved our bridal party. But that’s a lot of people at a head table! 2. At our venue, we also had over 300 guests and the flow of the room with big tables like that wouldn’t have worked. We loved having our bridal party at guest tables because they were able to sit with their family and/or friends! 3. My husband and I wanted to sit together! We were able to catch up a little bit from our mornings apart and just enjoy being married to one another!

As a bridesmaid, I’ve sat at a head table, too! Both options are great! Just depends on what YOU want. Drop your comments below ⬇️ and let me know which table option you chose!

FATHER-DAUGHTER DANCE STORY

My parents always keep their first dance songs from their children. A little surprise didn’t hurt nobody! So my Dad chose ‘Isn’t She Lovely’ but while we were dancing he says to me, ‘Cass, this song is only going to about one minute. When the next song comes on turnaround and give me your best air guitar. You’re Mom doesn’t want us to do this. But let’s do it anyways!” Well, I’m not gonna argue with my Dad on my wedding day. See photo #2! The song switched, ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ came on and we rocked it out for the next two minutes. This dance was anything but traditional and I wouldn’t have changed it for the world. It was perfect and it was totally us! Best father-daughter dance ever! 💜
