Mack's

B is of the age where he should learn some cooking skills past PB&J or oatmeal, so this summer we're building his skills! Once a week he'll be choosing a recipe, writing a grocery list, shopping for his ingredients, then preparing the family meal (with help from the boss, of course).

This week he chose one of our family favorites out of the recipe box, Curried Chicken Apple Soup. He did a GREAT job and was a good sport about all that he has to practice. I'm eager to see how his ideas of cooking evolve over the summer!
