However, what so many people don't seem to see is the opportunities we have as business owners right now. ⁣
I know, I know there have been so many cliche posts online right now but hear me out- ⁣
people are lacking experiences and human interaction right now more than ever. So why not take this time as an opportunity to connect with your audience? Be the light in their gloomy day or a kind voice for them to hear. You are probably saying ya, ya but how? Make sure you are engaging on a personal level with your online audience. Realize that money is much tighter for most people these days so it's so special that they chose your product to spend their money on, a handwritten note or a call or even a DM saying "hey thank you so much for choosing us" goes so far. Be extra patient and kind with your customers even if it's difficult. Most importantly, remember that social media is the closest thing some people have to human interaction right now so try to make your posts speak to your audience as you would. ⁣

Unsolicited Claire fact: I love learning about new marketing and digital marketing trends and I studied art for most of my life so I am very excited for this years trends! I am sure you came up with a game plan for your social media marketing and branding when you started but have you reevaluated it? Every year you should have someone (aka me😉) do a social media audit for you and create a new strategy to keep up with the emerging trends. A social media or marketing strategy is 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 done. Like your audience you should be forever evolving. ⁣
