Alex is a junior at and trains during the year with our MLAC Senior group. He swam a 1:51.27 in the 200 and went a 5:06.53 in the 500 at the WV state high school championship this week, both lifetime bests after setting best times at his school’s regional meet earlier in the month.

🇺🇸🇺🇸 Looking forward to our inaugural Presidential Block Party this evening! Tonight, all of our groups are coming together for some quick racing (plus our friends from SHAQ). Let’s goo! 🎆🦅
