We talked about how sleep impacts digestion…
But here’s the other side of it 👇

HOW you eat impacts both your digestion AND your sleep.

If you’re eating:
📱 in front of a screen
🚗 in the car
💻 while answering emails
😩 or in a stressed, rushed state

Your body stays in “go mode” (fight or flight)… and digestion + deep sleep require the opposite — rest and repair.

Mindful eating isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about shifting your nervous system.

Try this tonight:
• Turn off the TV.
• Chew slower than feels natural.
• Pause halfway through your meal and check in — “Am I still hungry?”

When we slow down, we digest better.
When we digest better, we sleep better.
And when we sleep better… everything works better.

Staying healthy during the holidays = the ultimate act of self-care (and sanity 😅).

Between kids’ events, patients/work, travel, and ALL the festivities… our immune system deserves a little extra love ✨

These 6 nutrients are my go-to immune “dream team”: Vitamins A, C, D, E, Zinc, and Iron.

Think of them as the behind-the-scenes crew keeping you energized, resilient, and able to actually enjoy the season.

Some of my favorite easy adds:
🍊 A handful of berries in the morning
🥕 Extra roasted veggies with dinner
🥜 Nuts + seeds in my bag at all times (mom life)
🐟 Salmon once or twice a week
