If you like coconut and chocolate, these babies are delicious! 😋 I wish they didn’t have palm oil, but that’s one benefit of Zinzino Balance Oil. It helps balance out the omegas and keeps me in check when I have a treat like this. I will be hiding these from the kids.

Watching my cat do this made me think, “this is true enjoyment, not fear and shame.” So many of us feel we can’t trust ourselves around food. But what if food was nourishment that actually felt safe and satisfying not stressful and shameful? This is the kind of relationship with food that I love helping women cultivate. I haven’t posted anything lately. Honestly, the world feels noisy. Really noisy. Sometimes it feels more aligned to be silent. I’ve always felt safer in the quiet. I like to hear myself think. I like to process slowly and talk with the Lord as I do it. And I am a SLOW processor, which feels very counter productive at times, but It’s not. My pace is not the same as other’s and that’s okay. Whenever I feel the noise is too much, I get quite on here. I’ve never been that loud here anyway. The point is, it’s ok to be quiet. Silence is a good thing. Silence reveals A LOT of things. The world could use a little more silence. These days, we have to create it intentionally. Try adding a little more silence to your day and see what happens. No social media, no tv, no music, just you and your thoughts. See what happens.
