Through Blinn College Foundation, we are working to endow a scholarship for the Paralegal Program to honor Phil Banks, who was a leader in our legal and local communities for more than a generation, taught many of our Paralegal students at Blinn, and always was a supporter of our educational efforts. He passed away in 2022. Would appreciate your consideration to donate in support of this scholarship for our future students and/or spreading the word to others about how to donate.
