Howdy all! April here, as most of you know this was originally my business page that eventually transformed to the kitchen page for The Cowboy. With that chapter now closed I will be transitioning this page back to my business page. I will be offering take and bake meals and some other goodies in the near future. Remember the Bacon Cheddar Wedges at that one fast food place? We think we came up with a great replacement. Pictured is a half order of cheese wedges add shredded cheese and bacon. It's pretty damn good!

Ok folks, we mentioned a new menu this year. Starting this week and all month long we'll be introducing a new menu section, with the full new menu starting in March! This week we're bringing you the Sandwich section. It features a Ham or Turkey Melt, Grilled Cheese, BLT, or the Cowboy Club!

We've got Shiner Bock Chili to warm you back up this week for just $6.50!

Beef Dip Sandwiches with garlic peppercorn mayo his week for $8.50! Choice of Swiss or Provolone and Fries or Tots. Come get one before they sell out!
