• 3–5 years of plumbing and/or electrical experience required
• Willing to cross-train in other skilled trades
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and clean work habits
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers and providing estimates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Drug-free
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean driving record required
