W A R R I O R II
As humans, at some point we experience conflicting and negative thoughts. Standing in Warrior II brings me strength and clarity especially during hard times.
When I stand in this posture I gaze forward and focus fully on my intentions. I feel into my power, i reflect, i accept, i breathe.
Yoga hasn’t erased the hardships in my life but it’s allowing me to sharpen my spiritual weapons for the battles to come making it easier to get through the other side.

Coconut curry soup is one of my favorite and easiest comfort foods to make on a cold winter night. It’s quick to make in two steps and you can easily edit the recipe with whatever you have in the fridge. This is one of the most flavorful vegan dishes I’ve ever had.
What you’ll need 🌿
1.5 C Brown lintels or grain of choice
2 small sweet potatoes, diced
1 yellow onion
1 Tbs ginger, grated
5 cloves garlic , minced
2 13oz cans of coconut milk
6 cups veggie stock/broth (high quality)
3 cups tightly packed kale or spinach
3.5 Tbs of yellow curry powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon or 1 fresh stick
1 tsp or more cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1.5 tsp salt
pepper to taste
Try this 👇🏾
🥣 Sauté onions. Add everything in the pot (besides the spinach or kale). Bring to a boil and cook covered on simmer for 20 mins over stovetop. Cook 10 mins for an insta pot, quick release. 4-5 hrs on low for a crockpot (check potatoes 3/4 of the way).
🌱Add Kale or spinach until tinder 3-5 mins.
🥖 Serve with bread/salad & enjoy!

U P D A T E S
This month, I’ll be announcing new and exciting Yoga Nidra offerings. Join me weekly for a relaxing Pranayama meditation every Tuesday and Thursday with . Later this month, I’ll be featured on an IG live series with to talk about healing through post pardon depression.
It’s a new feeling for me to be eager to open up and be vulnerable with you all but i am beyond excited for whatever is to come!
What I’ve noticed lately is the more I step out of my comfort zone, go with the flow, push away insecurities, and accept myself for who I am, everything goes smoothly. I start to manifest the lifestyle and people that are in perfect sync with my vibe. And through my daily practice, I am able to stay grounded, and in turn help others learn to feel the same way. I feel supported by those who really understand my passion and when I get the opportunity to guide others it really feeds my soul.

As I witness Mother Nature change around me, I reflect on the changes that are happening within.
These days I check in with myself more often & as a result I feel more prepared & grounded when change comes.
As I transition into a new season I feel the need to let go of thoughts, feelings, objects, and people that no longer serve a positive purpose in my life.
If you have a fear of change, feeling anxious, or have troubles relaxing, consider joining Yoga Nidra with me this Sunday. My focus will be dissolving fears & clearing negative energy.
I hope this season brings you all the change you’ve been looking for and more!
