Created by Master Distiller Sergio Cruz and grown on the Vivanco Family Estate, Siempre Plata is a female-founded, small-batch tequila that blends highland and lowland character in perfect harmony. Fermented with champagne and rum yeasts to the sounds of classical music (yes, really), it’s a symphony of flavor that sings.

🌱 Sustainably minded from glass to cork — bottles are made from 100% recycled materials, labels from agave + h**p fibers, and closures are natural cork — all sourced within 100km of the distillery.

Old Bardstown 90 Proof by Willett Distillery is a value-driven straight bourbon crafted in Bardstown, Kentucky, using a mash bill of 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley. Aged at least 4 years in char #4 American oak barrels, it opens with notes of cinnamon, pineapple cake, and flint, followed by butterscotch, apple skin, and baking spice. Distilled with a combo of copper column and pot stills, it’s made for easy sipping or effortless cocktailing. Expect a light chestnut hue and a dry, tropical finish. While it carries heritage from the 1940s, this pour leans more subtle than bold. Great for casual bourbon drinkers looking for a mellow ride.
