Hey there, I’m excited to announce that a project I mastered, an opera Pizzazz by my friend Luming composed back in 2014. They had a stereo mix and wanted to put it out, and it is! It’s a great opera too, well written composed performed and all that. The libretto is from a short story by Miranda July “The Shared Patio” that is strange and interesting. It’s about two neighbors on a shared patio, one of them goes into epileptic shock, and the other one cuddles on them and falls asleep. It’s a good read.

This was my first time mastering an opera, and it was fascinating getting to play with the dynamics. Opera is considerably more dynamic than rock/pop/folk/etc. fun mastering experience! I have some slots open for mastering if you’re looking by the way, let me know. Thanks bye!

I just saw one of my music heros Peter Stampfel for the first time, he was soo good it was Too Much Fun ❤️ I’ve been wanting to play an arrangement of this for a while, but for now a solo acoustic version feels good. The Tea Song by the Holy Modal Rounders, which I believe is a rewrite of Michael Hurley’s The Tea Song, which is also really good. Hope you have a nice day
