Today, I wanna ask: Who is your apology really for? Do you know why you're apologizing? Are you prioritizing your absolution...or a solution (just came up with that, SNAP)

I'm turning 40 in four short weeks, and since I'm someone who loves to ruminate on my own mortality and whether I've really done anything meaningful in my life, I thought it'd be a fun exercise to share 40 things I HAVE learned in this time (okay it's partially for sharing and edifying and also partially so I know I totally did something with this time 👀🤣)

Our first lesson is one I've been sharing for years with anyone who will listen, because I think it's SO DAMN IMPORTANT: "No" is the most powerful word you have at your disposal. "No" will open doors. "No" is scary as hell because you THINK you are walking away from opportunities. You're not. Watch the video for more.
