Hi everyone. I have two wonderful support groups that are going to be starting.

Group #1: Another cycle of the VIRTUAL Women's Grief Support Group will be starting on April 14th. The group is for 8 weeks, meets on Tuesdays from 7:15pm - 8:30pm. Cost is $75 per session, I accept Cigna and have one sliding scale spot left.

Group #2: Retirement - Now What? This group is for those who want to meet new people, have open discussions about what it's like to be retired - the good, the bad, and the ugly!! This group meets for 6 weeks, meets on Thursdays from 12p - 1pm, and is $55 per session. Cigna is accepted.
