I can do that

12/11/2025

Did you know there are four distinct phases of the menstrual cycle and you can tap into the energy of each one?

Learning this 8 years ago changed my life in every way, for the better.

The way that I interact with the world, with myself, my body changes day to day based on where I am in my cycle.

It is a simple map, that makes everything else easier.

It allows me to experience a sense of connection to and trust in my body that was difficult to access in the past.

Today I am on day 12 of my cycle and have entered my fertile window (late follicular phase, ovulation soon).

This means my estrogen levels are almost peaking, alongside testosterone.

These hormones provide energy, a boost of productivity/brain power, strength and s3cs drive.

So It’s great timing for me to host an event and perform tomorrow :)

If you’re curious about the four phases of the cycle and want to learn about them in a unique way, join us tomorrow, Friday 12/12 in Crown Heights, Brooklyn at our new event series:

CYCLES (house show)
W/ education from me
And music from me +

I’ve had the pleasure of playing shows with since 2010 (first pic). 🥹🫣

We used to perform A LOT.
For the majority of that time I had bangs, as you can see here, and lately I’ve been considering getting bangs again… (am I ok???)

Our first (and last) 2025 show together is this Thursday and, as always, I can’t wait to share the stage with my love, doing what we love.

I will not be showcasing bangs, BUT will. She will also be performing as a duo alongside HER husband! . They are newlyweds. 🤗🎉

Aren’t we cute.

Come catch the husband wife duos this Thurs. Nov 13 at 7pm at .nyc - link in bio! 🎫🎫
