Rahaan has been collecting records since the 80’s. He started out modestly, by making mixes at house parties for his friends using records he’d buy at the local record store like most kids from Chicago.

Along with playing from cassette tapes with a group of friends under the moniker ‘Chuck Brothers’ he started to build an extensive house & disco collection in the 90’s after a move to Wisconsin.

A return to Chicago in '96 saw him start to build his reputation as one of Chicago’s stand out DJs with residencies at ‘The Spot’ & ‘Buddha Lounge’ along with infamous loft parties with Mr.Bill, P*e Wee & friends.

This opened the door for Rahaan to perform for Sisterz of Vision & Soul In The Hole club nights.

4 decades in & Rahaan has become a Chicago legend, a DJ who is widely recognized for his skills behind the decks & taste in music.

Traveling all over the world & nothing has changed for him since this early days.
