Be kind. Hold space —and the door —for others. When in doubt, choose benefit of the doubt. For yourself too. What if we could see emotional wounds as physical? Would we think twice before wielding words as weapons? Would we protect our own aching hearts and minds with more vigor if they smarted like broken bone, swaying uselessly off the joint, or if they festered and reeked like a bottomless laceration? Would we be nicer to the stranger whose inner demons tortured them externally instead? It costs nothing to check in with folks. The crying ones and the quiet ones. The storm cloud friends and the rainbows. The ones with shattered masks and the ones that feel like cool moonlight on a summer night. And most of all, check on the strong ones. Everyone’s got a weight. And a limit. So send the text. Make the call. Hold the hug a second longer. We’re all in this together. And none of us are getting out alive. 😂 So be kind. Find the love. And let’s make the most of what we’ve got. ✨💚🤟

Shaved my head in October. Got it trimmed in November, but didn’t love it… so I shaved it all off again in December. Growing it out again as long as possible before finally getting a cut today. This time, I LOVE IT! 😍 thank you for my new ‘do.
