Hook Studio

io has 2,000 sq. of space with a 23 ft. x 18 ft. one wall c*c, and a separate kitchen. Included in the studio rental fee is a production package consisting of tables, chairs, V-flats, wardrobe racks, hangers, etc. Clients are offered a 50% discount on any prop rentals at Hook Props. The studio has a full wall of windows which can be blacked out upon request. Our rooftop has 6,000 sq. of space with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline. The main shooting area has a 80 ft. x 75 ft. of space and freight elevator access for easy loading and breakdown. The Manhattan skyline is visible on multiple sides of the roof with little obstruction, creating a perfect panorama.
