Cheese Grotto

Photo dump from a fabulous time in Wisconsin and Minnesota, exploring some of our favorite cheese makers and American made wood product manufacturers with . It was a whirlwind trip where we showed up promptly at 11am for the "curd drop" at , kept curds on the dashboard as we drove (it's better to enjoy curds at room temperature), and discovered new cheeses we didn't even know existed from and ! This year we've been working hard to grow our Cheese Grotto production, as you may have noticed we keep selling out of Grottos! It's a good problem to have, but it shall be resolved *very* soon and I cannot wait to continue to grow with you all.
