Longest tour I've ever done, 42 shows and 21,000 miles of driving 🤯

It's also probably the longest I've ever gone without a Greggs 😅

The 15th of July will mark a massive milestone for me! Day 365 of my Run Streak! 🏃🏻‍♂️

To celebrate a full year of running every day, I’m taking on a big one... I'm going to run from Cardiff Castle 🏰 to the summit of Pen Y Fan ⛰️ in the Brecon Beacons to try and raise money for Doctors Without Borders (MSF)

To be honest, I’ve found it increasingly difficult lately to go about 'normal' life while seeing so much conflict and suffering happening around the world. It’s hard to reconcile our daily routines with the reality others are facing. I chose MSF because they bridge that gap. They go where the need is greatest, providing life-saving medical care in conflict zones and areas where health systems have collapsed. Supporting them feels like a tangible way to try and help when the world feels overwhelming

I'd absolutely love it if people wanted to join me, be it for a mile or two or for the whole thing! If you're interested drop me a message and I'll get a group chat going. It'd also be really helpful if anyone who is able to drive wants to come and provide the group with some drinks/snacks along the way

Donations are greatly appreciated but if you can't afford to donate, then a share goes a long way too!

I didn't really think about setting myself any specific goals for 2026 when the new year began but January has been a particularly great month where I've locked in and I think I'd like to try and have some goals to make sure this positive momentum continues

I'm putting them here publicly so I don't back out! If you've got any lofty goals for 2026 then let me know... I love seeing and hearing about other people getting after it

Here goes!

- Complete my 365 Day Run Streak (and maybe continue it...)

- Complete my first IRONMAN 70.3

(might not be able to do an official event due to my touring schedule and difficulty securing a place but we'll see if I'm home if there's a way to do the Swansea 70.3 in September)

- Run my first 50 mile Ultramarathon

- Run from Cardiff Castle to Pen-Y-Fan

- 100KG Benchpress

- 100KG Squat

- 150KG Deadlift

- Write and record our third album

- Read 12 books

- Watch 52 movies

- Travel to a new country with Rhi

- Make more time to see friends and family
