Although many herbal plants can also be made and consumed as teas and capsules, tinctures/extracts differ in that as they're much stronger. A medicine dropperful of a tincture or extract is more stronger than a full cup of steeped tea or capsule. Herbal tinctures are also more quickly absorbed. They are far more potent due to the large concentration of herbs in a smaller dose. 🌱

While I have my own apothecary and natural medicine cabinet with many different herbal plants, my family has now become a tincture household with I'm proud to be an affiliate with this amazing and humble family company who stand for health and freedom with a beautiful mission to change the way the world sees healthcare. 💚

These are a few of our favorites from Earthley, which assist with immune support, assist in preventing a cold/flu and will also help kick a cold and cough. My daughters love the feel better fast and elderberry elixir, they say "it works" lol they really do work wonders. While they still love their elderberry syrup and herbal teas, they have been solely relying on these tinctures now.

My daughter's have been fighting off a cold and fever and we have been kicking it with natural root remedies and plant medicine. Thought I'd share what we do and use here at our home. We love , especially feel better fast tincture for any sickness coming along or to prevent it from getting worse. I kicked my girls fever with the FBF and had her eat up a raw red onion with a bit of syrup since it was too "spicy" for her. My big girl only lasted with a day of fever and got a little cold/cough. My toddler was so much better the very next day. Fevers are not to be suppressed as they are completely natural and good to fight off any infection or sickness trying to make their way through.

🌱Onions.. yellow & red onions!! This powerful natural remedy goes back to our old roots and will work wonders.
🌱Cut up the onions and put them in your rooms. Place an onion in the sock for bedtime. Make an onion, honey and garlic syrup. (I don't recommend too much garlic as it can be toxic)

All I have to say is this was 🔥🔥🔥💣💣 My plating doesn't look as good as this tasted, but let's be real who eats with their eyes!! It's all about the seasoning and flavors and this had it alll.
