My name is Jojo Roudette and I eat, sleep and breathe fitness. I come from a family of fitness connoisseurs, which deeply influenced my philosophy of promoting balance and wellness inside and out. My mother was always very active, and served as my role model as a strong, disciplined woman. She always told me that if I am going to do something, do it properly or don't do it at all! I spent my child
hood as the youngest in my family looking up to my oldest brother who was always competing in Martial Arts. I can even feel his influence when I am teaching a class or working one on one with a client. Both my brothers are accomplished trainers and Martial Artists. I come from Stockholm, Sweden, which is a country that outs high priority on quality of life and an active existence. I've lived in many different countries, and it became apparent to me how important a healthy lifestyle is, no matter where in the world you may be. I am a qualified Human Rights Lawyer, but fitness has always been an important presence in my life. I have always been active in sports and Martial Arts and so over five years ago I decided to get educated in the world of fitness and today I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor. The Fit project is an ongoing commitment to yourself. Whether that be dropping two sizes, just getting started with 30 min of exercise three times a week, taking the time to work on breathing and decreasing stress in your life, taking some time out for yourself and reading a book or whether it be eating right. it's putting forth the effort every day to make decisions that promote our total wellness: physically, mentally and emotionally. So welcome and let's get this project started!
