On Friday, May 17th, ProjectArt held our Miami Resident Artist Reception💫

We are thankful to the wonderful viewers who attended and celebrated our talented Miami Resident Artists: Alana Barrett, Halley Bohm, Nerea Arce Masnú, Silvana Soriano, and Sophia Wong. Take a look at what one of our Detroit Library branches has been up to the past few weeks.

📍In Sherwood Forest library, excitement is high as students prepare for their upcoming Exhibition! This project allowed students flexibly revisit foundational techniques like still life-drawing, portraits, and sculpture. Each class was designed with one primary exercise, but gave students the opportunity to refine something they’ve already started, or create new works that they would like included their show.
