I thought I'd share some recent listening.....this is such a great Jackie McClean record, two different bands. I was on a Sonny Clark trip recently and wasn't as into the other band....now I love it. A recent revisiting of Tina Brooks also fed into this, what happened with him? He was an incredible player and writer in there with the best of them. Anyway I'm still listening and following threads just like I've done for decades. Love it.
