A customer asked what size harnesses we carry, and I explained that we offer XS-XL but have a custom size guide since our fit is different from other brands to be more inclusive. After giving me his dog’s neck and chest measurements, I told him his pup would be a medium. His response? “My dog wears a small in other brands. Are you trying to body shame my dog?”😳
