Lula is one of the most popular freshwater fish. Lula fish is a popular fish as well as a favorite of almost everyone. Lula is also considered a sage who lives in freshwater. Lilies have eggs in their stomachs. Lula meat and eggs were prepared as curries. Lula fish curry was eaten as a non-allergenic as well as perhaps prophylactic medicine for sick people. Fishing gears include nets, hooks, fishing rods, fishing rods, hooks, and ropes. Laying cages is also another method. In addition, the fish can be killed by shortening with a hoe.
Lula fish is rich in omega-6, omega-3, fatty acids, calcium, protein, folic acid, magnesium, potassium, selenium, vitamin-E, vitamin B-12, antioxidants and other nutrients.
How to make: – Clean and wash the fish. Add salt, pepper powder, chili powder and turmeric powder and set aside. Put a clay pot on the stove and add oil to it. When the oil heats up, add the crushed garlic and ginger, rampa, curry leaves, sorghum, ulu Hal and cinnamon and cook. When it cools down and smells good, put the chilies and turmeric again in the required temperature and fry in oil. Now add the tomatoes and chilies. Add fish and cook for a while, then add as much water as you need. Add a few pieces of grated onion and a pinch of salt (add salt to taste as it was added to the fish before) and wipe the fish broth. Once the fish is cooked, remove from the heat to allow the fish gravy to cool. You can even use coconut milk instead of water.
