As business owners, it's natural to want a simple solution to solve long-standing issues and skyrocket our success. But the truth is, there's no magic bullet. Success comes from consistently doing more and doing better every day.

This past week, the eflat team discovered the power of this concept by slowing down and focusing on backlog items we'd been neglecting. One of these tasks was implementing better event tracking in Google Analytics to improve our lead generation.

We created a simple "Thank You" page that redirects web users after they submit a pre-sales questionnaire. By tracking the conversion rate of visitors who take action on our sales page, we gain valuable insights into our lead generation activities. This information helps us optimize our sales funnel and ultimately improve our bottom line.

But that's not all. Our "Thank You" page has also proven useful for setting up retargeting ads on Facebook and Instagram. Because our page is viewed by people who have already expressed interest in our services, we can show them more of our content while they're browsing social media.

Interestingly, two retainer clients approached us independently for the same type of event tracking and implementation. This confirms that doing more and doing better attracts more clients and builds stronger relationships.
