Dr. Marina Livsh*ts, Psy.D., co-director at Beacon Counseling Group, is a seasoned psychologist with vast experience with children, adults, and families. She provides treatment for depression and anxiety, post traumatic reactions, and parenting consultations. She also specializes in school adjustment and behavioral problems in children and adolescents, shared parenting and post-divorce adjustment, and later life mental health issues. In addition, as a bilingual/bi-cultural psychologist, she has helped a number of immigrant families adopt to challenges of post-migration. Dr. Livsh*ts always aims to bring the latest developments in her field directly to her clients. She approachs her clients as unique individuals and develops treatment plans that are personalized and client-driven. Her other professional interests include teaching and mentoring. She has taught at Simmons College, Northeastern University, and at Boston University School of Medicine. She currently accept new referrals for treatment and consultation. Specialties
