The new permanent home of Strength Coach and Personal Trainer Jarrod D**e. The focus here will be semi-private coaching/training. When you come in to train you will be with no more than 1-2 other people. Everyone will be working out at the same time and creating a community of people that will be knowledgable and strong! With so many people needing to address issues with their hips or related to hips, the seated 90-90 position is a good go to for me. As you can see, there’s plenty to work on with it and so much more that I didn’t even bring up.
Yes the progressions are as they appear
Stretches (you can do both legs then switch)
Rotations (again, same)
Switches….yeah they’re a work in progress for me
Master these and you’ll have some happier hips
