**Embracing a Mental Health Day**

After a challenging few days of providing hands-on support to some cherished members of our community, I’ve decided to take a day for myself to recharge. It’s essential to replenish our energy so that we can approach the week with vigor and purpose. Let’s remember that we may never fully grasp the struggles our loved ones are facing. So, let’s spread kindness and reach out to those we care about. These are undeniably tough and tumultuous times, and a little love can go a long way!
