One of my favorite rooms at the IC Fowler House is the kitchen! It has a fancy gas stove, and this moveable island which we tend to move around during events. It also has an original fireplace which is so cozy.

Did you know that the IC Fowler house is recognized by the Bristol Historical Association? It received that designated in 1988 while under ownership of Blevins Funeral Home. The house was then sold to Jim and Scott Otis in 2009, then later sold it to the current owners, Tom and Vickie Mitoraj.

Originally built in 1867 and being one of Bristol’s oldest homes, the IC Fowler House is truly a remarkable asset to the history of Bristol.
