Wrapping Up: City of Brighton 2025 TPIP 🚧🏁

The City of Brighton’s 2025 Transportation Preservation and Improvement Projects (2025 TPIP) are officially wrapping up.

Over the course of this program, the team delivered:

✅ ADA ramp and sidewalk upgrades
✅ Asphalt and roadway repairs
✅ Concrete improvements
✅ Striping and signage enhancements

Through coordinated efforts between the City of Brighton, KOP Management LLC, Lightfield Enterprises, Inc., A-1 Chipseal Co. & Rocky Mountain Pavement, and Riders Construction, these improvements strengthen safety, accessibility, support traffic calming, and long-term roadway performance across the community.

Proud to support the City as their Owner’s Representative and to be part of a team committed to delivering for the Brighton community.

At Talon Ridge Middle School, classrooms are getting their final details dialed in and we are in the punch phase. It's always rewarding to see months (and years) of planning come together in the final stretch.

🚧 City of Brighton 2025 TPIP Progress Update 🚧

With construction underway, KOP Management continues supporting the City of Brighton’s 2025 Transportation Preservation and Improvement Projects (2025 TPIP).

✅ New ADA ramps and sidewalks completed
✅ Asphalt repair work progressing across neighborhoods
Next up — expanded concrete repairs, striping and signage, and roadway improvements continuing into fall.

These coordinated efforts between the City of Brighton, KOP Management LLC, Lightfield Enterprises, Inc., A-1 Chipseal Co. & Rocky Mountain Pavement, and Riders Construction help maintain safe, accessible, and well-performing infrastructure for the Brighton community.

KOP is excited to share a personal and professional update about our founder: She recently got married and has changed her name from Karley Olson to Karley Phillips.

To ensure a smooth transition for colleagues and clients, her name will appear as Karley (Olson) Phillips for now.

She is grateful for the support of her network and looks forward to continuing to grow in this next chapter.

New name, same commitment to her clients, her teams, and her work.
