We hosted a welcome lunch for our newest team members: Erik, James, and Nick. The lunch provided an opportunity for them to meet members of our team, learn more about our company, and get a glimpse into the projects and people that make BC Construction Group what it is.

We are excited to have them with us this summer as they gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and contribute to projects across our organization.

We recently honored the legacy of Matt Pietila by dedicating our Victory Bell as The Pietila Victory Bell.

Matt was our second employee and a foundational member of BC Construction Group. His integrity, precision, and relentless work ethic set the standard we still strive for today, what we call the “Matt Standard.”

This bell will now serve as a daily reminder of the values Matt lived and the high standard he set for all of us.

A big thank you to Steel Services, Inc. for generously donating their time and materials and expertly cutting the Pietila nameplate that was welded onto the bell. Your craftsmanship and support made this dedication even more meaningful.
