A lucrative special deal between the Town of Brighton and the Developer that bypassed standard zoning limits means YOU are stuck with even more traffic from the Whole Foods plaza. We don’t oppose the Whole Foods, but there are too many stores and too much traffic. Our trial begins Dec. 5, and if we win Brighton residents will get a chance to vote on the size of the plaza.
