I shared some of the breakfasts, now here are some of the salads from the Foundational Menu that I keep coming back to during Fresh Start Together!

What's great about this menu is we adjust to our individual hunger/satiety in addition to our own tastes and dietary needs. These are all meal-salads that left me full, but could easily be made larger for people who are more volume eaters than I am.

Still dairy and gluten free, as always for me!

I've made them both, but based on what I had on hand this weekend, it was for the win!

This bowl is mixed with shirataki rice for extra fiber and bulk. Others may have avocado added instead for more
