A marketing system should invoke intentional architecture, where every component connects to and reinforces every other.
Think of a power grid versus a collection of generators. Generators produce electricity, but every new building needs its own. A power grid distributes, reroutes, and scales. Adding a new building is an extension of what already exists.
Without that architecture, brand standards drift, black box reporting prevents visibility, and costs compound instead of distribute.

The goal is the grid.

The Indianapolis 500 is coming up in a little over a week. We have some Indy 500 fans here at Turtlehut, and they picked up a pretty strong observation. Winning has a lot to do with pit work. You can be fast and furious, but a lot of it comes down to the little details of ex*****on; those skills that are practiced over and over again and perfected.
You can have strategy, great creative, lots of ideas. But in the end, a lot boils down to ex*****on.

Sounds a lot like franchise marketing.
