SHOOTERS SHOOT SUMMER SERIES (4-S Program)
🏀
The 4-S Program is an hour-long session dedicated to shooting. Each session will focus on Form shooting - Spot up shooting - Shooting on the move - Shooting off the dribble - and free throws. Sessions will also focus on proper footwork for different shots - shooting at game speed - and maintaining confidence under stress. Great opportunity to get up a ton of shots and build confidence.

BULLY BALL DRIBBLE SERIES (BDS Program)

The BDS Program is a 45 minute training session dedicated to developing dribbling confidence and learning how to be physical with the ball in hand, hence the name Bully Ball Dribble Series. Sessions will teach athletes how to initiate contact - how to get past defenders and keep the advantage - and how to beat double teams.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Workouts are 100% dribble – No shooting at all.
