Having a fitting issue?

We are truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you had. Our goal is to provide a consistently reliable product, and this is not the type of experience we want to impart. The seal/fitting is a known issue that a portion of our backers are reporting, and we are working on a solution that should solve it.

The issue happens when the nose bridge sits a bit higher or lower in some instances, and some air leaks out from the side. It might also occur when you smile or breathe out from the mouth.

We are currently working on an updated silicone pad size to fit more nose bridges and face shapes to avoid those issues. We expect to have a solution soon, which we’ll communicate to all backers, and replacements will be provided.
