Meet Delaney Ponder, our Graduate Assistant who has already made an incredible impact in just 3 months! Delaney brings adaptability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn to every task. She’s quickly grown her skills in technology, diagrams, and event-planning programs, and she loves connecting with the team—especially during training activities. We’re excited to see all she continues to accomplish at UE!
