I have spoken with BOTH Comcast and Norton about the sudden terminiation of Norton Antivirus occuring on 12/31/2020. Comcast states that when you are on your HOME network, they will protect you. When you travel or go off to school, you will have NO antivirus protection.
On 1/1/2021, your computer will tell you that your Norton has expired and you will need to purchase something new. WATCH PRICING! Norton will give you the FIRST YEAR for $29 and then renew up to 5 devices for $110 total cost! CRAZY HIGH!!
I recommend to uninstall Norton and spend $39 for Malwarebytes. It is more comprehensive and does a much better job protecting you from pop ups and ransomware.
