At Top Tier Floors I believe in FULL transparency, integrity to my valued customers, and myself. That being said, my rating recently took a hit, apparently because I called out someone's shoddy work and they didn't like it, and also didnt have the balls to have a conversation about it, but rather blocked me so nothing could be said. So here he is, and some pics of his work that clearly isn't to specs in many areas, and further info from Google. I know there will always be haters because they don't strive to do jobs correctly, or to manufacturers specs, so they'll try what they can to bring more successful people down, and if that's all they have, then that's sad.

I started my business because the vast majority of businesses out there dont follow what the manufacturers state needs to be done, they get complacent in their ways, and dont continue educating themselves or their employees to do better. That isn't what I'm about, or my company is about, and I will continue to call out mistakes and corners cut to protect the standards of my trade, my potential customers, and to educate others where others have failed, in hopes to strengthen the INTEGRITY of the trade.

I always invite any haters, or people that think I come off as harsh for trying to call out a mistake in my trade, that ultimately weakens trust with other contractors in my trade, customers, or GCs, to an open dialogue about it. I understand that text doesnt always translate tone well, but further dialogue usually comes to understanding via DM.

To clarify for anyone reading: I do not engage in retaliatory reviews or attacks on businesses. My focus remains on education, transparency, and proper installation standards to protect homeowners. I appreciate the continued trust of my clients.
