Mel Kendrick, his retrospective show in Parrish Art Museum in Southampton is so spectacular and mind blowing. Here are some highlights. Hope many people can see while it last.

My three picks from the current exhibition at Norton Museum of Art featuring Joseph Stella., early 20 century American artist. First painting titled “Undine”, Greek water nymph’s fatal transformation depicted here so beautifully by the painter. The second is called “Tree of My Life”, 1919, more than 6 feet high and wide, impressive & breathtaking. The 3rd is “The Virgin”, 1926.

Great show at ICA Miami featuring Carlos Alfonzo: Late Painting, dark, somber, dramatic paintings from 1990, a year before his death in 1991.
