PSDC has designed OS/OW permitting and routing systems for 17 states, increasing the average self-issue rate to 70% while processing over 45% of all US OS/OW permits with a combined volume of over 25 million permits issued since 2011. PSDC’s’ Permit Manager is a paperless, cloud-based OS/OW permit application and permit management solution designed for single-point permit application data entry, for multi-jurisdiction permits and routing. In 2020, PSDC was awarded a contract with AASHTO to develop the AASHTOWare Bridge Rating & Design (BrDR) software with over 2,500 users. ProMiles is fine-tuning the next generation of its eCredentials Briefcase and Enforcement Viewer facilitating touchless interactions through the digitizing of required documents, smartphones, QR codes, scanning technology, and data APIs and validation.
