SHOULDER PAIN, STIFF NECK & STRESS Relief Point TW15 is above the shoulder blade on the trapezius muscle. Curve your right fingers & reach for your left TW15 shoulder point which usually feels knotted. Hold firmly while breathing slowly and deeply for a few minutes. Then switch sides. Hold the tightest side longer to obtain balance. Also good for increasing circulation to hands & feet.
