Fellow Businesses & Customer, I would love your input..
We are talking credit card fees, I know it’s a big topic amongst businesses.
I HATE them.
I was recently told our Square % went up. Not only is it a percentage, it’s also ¢15-¢30 added per transaction. Which ADDS up by the end of the year.
A couple questions (business owners);
- Is anyone using a card system they LOVE that does NOT have card fees or very LITTLE?
- Are you charging your customer? If so, how?
A couple more questions (customers);
- Would you rather see the fee or hide it within the cost?
- Are you okay with paying the fee as long as there is a cash / check option to remove the fee?
My intake as a business & customer, I’d rather see the charge & have the option to use cash/check & pay less rather than it be hidden in the cost.
