Let me introduce you to *The Magnolia*. This historic and beautiful property right in the heart of Brandon has been completely transformed. Together with the owners, we worked hard to completely update this space while keeping as much of the original character as we could!

Designed to be an amazing venue, perfect for groomsman or bridal parties, this space is complete with; a separate office space that includes a conference room and its own exterior entrance; a full kitchen and breakfast area; and 4 individual suites included two bedrooms each, full baths, and separate entrances! This is all in addition to the amazing pool/game room and living/sitting areas flanking the open entryway and vintage staircase, as well as a room dedicated to a group of bridesmaids, groomsman or just a group of friends getting ready together! There is also an incredible back deck area! My favorite hidden gem, a completely unfinished 3rd floor space that feels like a step back in time!

Did I mention the beautiful views of the heart of downtown Brandon from all of the windows or that it is located almost directly across from *The Vault Venue*. I love this place and it was an honor to work on this space! There is so much opportunity, income potential and more that can be done!
