Hey folks!! So unfortunately we won’t be doing any parking lot sales anymore. It was fun while it lasted and I really really appreciate all of you that supported it! From now on we will just be selling wholes, halves and quarters. I have a couple of wholes and halves that will be ready for butcher in September and then we will be booking for Spring. Message me if you are seriously interested. We will mostly likely be booking a year out because we need to know how many we need to feed since feed is going to be questionable and expensive. Our goal is to keep providing farm-raised high quality beef and pork to the folks that want to want a premium niche product that is local. Again, I want to thank everyone that supported the van and parking lot sales!!! It was a good ride!

Sold out!! We will do this again in a few weeks. Ok folks we have some bulk ground beef boxes! Each box is 36-40 pounds. $5.85/pound!! It is mostly grassfed and is farm-raised, dry-aged, flash frozen and comes in 2 pound packs. Ground ribeye ($10/pound). We will meet everyone in Brandon Wednesday afternoon to pick up their box.
