Our learning pods have spent the past few months diving deep into U.S. history, and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate both our hard work and the end of the school year than with an America-themed birthday party in honor of the United States’ 250th birthday!
Thank you to all of our wonderful students and families for an incredible year. We are so grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow with you! Have a fantastic summer! ☀️

For part of our US History study, our students created letters and cards for veterans who will be participating in an Honor Flight departing from St. Pete–Clearwater Airport in June to visit the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.
An Honor Flight is a program that transports veterans often those from World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War to Washington, D.C. at no cost to them so they can visit the memorials built in their honor. These trips are a way to recognize and thank them for their service and sacrifices.
This small project is our way of showing gratitude and appreciation to those who have served our country.
